I was at DCNY the other day, admiring all the lovely dresses there when this beautiful blue dress on the wall behind the counter caught my eye--it was a 2010 New Year's dollarbie, so it's probably not new to many (gosh where was I then?) but I guess it's never too late for a pretty dollarbie! *hee*
